Otto, born on March 12'th, is the titular tritagonist of Illumination's 12th animated film, Minions: The Rise of Gru and despicable me 4 the first appearance in the 4th movie is Otto costumed Angel but no one called them.
He is Felonious Gru's worker who traded the stone for a pet rock. After he traded it, he got the stone back to Gru, and the minions were rehired for a job.
He was voiced by Pierre Coffin, who also voiced, Kevin, Stuart, Bob and Mel from Despicable Me franchise.

Otto is described as chatty, motormouthed, and gets easily distracted. He additionally has a crush on his Pet Rock which he traded for the Zodiac Stone, as well as Asuna Yuuki from Sword Art Online which he has been creating a shrine of and owns a dakimakura pillow of her. Otto also has a VR Headset which he uses to play SAO with and occasionally likes to cosplay as Kirito during anime conventions.
